Ishta Yoga is the “Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda”, and was created by Alan Finger in the mid 1970’s. Asanas (yoga poses), pranama (breathing techniques) and meditation give us the skills for self-realization and connection to our essence.

We focus on the needs and differences of the individual student and offer modifications to provide a safe and authentic practice.
