Eurhythmics

Eurhythmics was developed by E. Jaques- Dalcroze and is taught to children as well to adults to enhance musical skills.

The basic elements of music such as rhythm, beat, duration, meter, tempo, dynamics, and melody are presented through movement and quick reaction games, singing/dancing songs, experimenting with props, acting musical stories, and rhythmical notation.

The children have the opportunity to experience music first with the entire body, followed by the cognitive senses. Learning happens on a playful level.

Applying the principles of the Alexander Technique enables children to learn without stress and strain.
